If you’ve ever wondered about the health of your community, the Regional Health Assessment (RHA) Collaborative has some news for you. The 2022 Regional Health Assessment is now open for participation for certain Oregon communities.
A Benton County press release regarding the assessment asks that community members “who live, work, learn, or play in Linn, Benton, or Lincoln region are invited to provide their input by participating in the community health survey…”
The RHA Collaborative is a partnership between the Samaritan Health Services hospitals; Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians; United Way of Linn, Benton & Lincoln Counties; the InterCommunity Health Network Coordinated Care Organization; and the local public health departments of Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties.
This survey is part of a recurring health assessment of the aforementioned communities which aims to discover what causes the physical, behavioral, and social well-being our communities so desperately need.
The survey’s results will be used to inform the regional community health improvement plan for the following three years.
Those who would like the survey in any language(s) other than English should contact Cynthia De La Torre for more information by emailing her at cynthia.delatorre@co.benton.or.us.
