While we would all prefer to think that Covid-19 is long gone, it isn’t. There are still surges going throughout the U.S. – including Oregon, and the government wants to help protect you and your loved ones.
Therefore, Benton County is continuing to offer free vaccine clinics through June. Anyone aged 5+ is eligible – and children aged five to 11 are now eligible for a booster vaccine. The clinic is providing all three vaccines – Moderns, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson.
No appointment is required. All events are wheelchair accessible. To request additional accommodations, please call 541-766-6120.
Those over 50 or anyone aged 12-49 who is immunocompromised is eligible for a second booster provided their last Covid vaccine was at least four months before.
Note that, even if the Food and Drug Administration approves vaccines for children six months to four years old, these children cannot receive a vaccine at these clinics. Please see your pediatrician or go to Benton County Health to discuss this.
Remember, no identification or proof of address is required. And you do not have to live in Oregon to be eligible for these vaccines.
