Benton County and Samaritan Health Services are partnering to host another round of mass COVID-19 vaccinations at Reser Stadium on the Oregon State University campus Wednesday, May 19, through Friday, May 21. The clinic schedule is as follows:
Wednesday, May 19, from 11:00 a.m – 4:00 p.m. – First and second doses of Pfizer
Thursday, May 20, from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. – First doses of Pfizer and Teen Day
Friday, May 21, from 11:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. – First doses of Pfizer, and Second doses of Pfizer and Moderna
Clinics will have drop-in appointments each day, and no identification is needed to be vaccinated at a clinic. Individuals do not have to be permanent residents to get the vaccine. Minors who are 15 years of age or older are allowed to consent to medical services without parental consent in Oregon. This includes vaccinations. Children ages 12-14 must have the approval of their parent or guardian to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. A parent or guardian does not need to be present during the vaccination if a written approval form is given. The Benton County/Samaritan Health Systems minor consent form is available at vaccine clinics and on the Benton County COVID-19 vaccine website (English) (Spanish).
Rural vaccination clinic in Kings Valley
Benton County and Samaritan Health Services will be in Kings Valley on May 18 to host a rural COVID-19 vaccination clinic.
