Local Chocolatier Burst’s Makes the Holiday

If your sweet tooth is getting the best of you this winter, look no further than Burst’s Chocolates in downtown Corvallis to make all of your sugary dreams come true.

Since 1938, the family-oriented chocolate shop has served Corvallis with fine gourmet chocolate and other sweets at an affordable price. Customers can either order a collection of assorted chocolates or hand-pick their favorites.

Beyond the traditional truffles, chews, and cream varieties, Burst’s also offers one-of-a-kind designs such as a chocolate Bigfoot, chocolate house key, and dark chocolate Oregon State University letters. You can also customize the packaging or molds to make a special day even sweeter.

If chocolate just isn’t your thing, not to fear. Burst’s also sells a wide variety of licorice, marshmallows, jellies, specialty almonds, and more. If you need a last-minute gift for the holidays, you can painlessly purchase gift baskets and gift certificates online. And while any order this late in the day wouldn’t make it to another house by Christmas, an After-Christmas chocolate tastes just as sweet.

Burst’s is also back to hosting their popular “For the Love of Wine and Chocolate” events this winter, where wine and chocolate lovers can discover worldwide chocolate and wine pairings free of charge. The next event is scheduled for January 21, 2022, from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. Contact the store, located at 353 SW Madison Avenue, for more information.
