Benton County Offers Vaccines, Testing Oct 18-22

Benton County is collaborating with the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and the school districts in the county to host COVID-19 vaccination and testing events in Philomath, Alsea, Corvallis, and Monroe the week of October 18.  

 Individuals 12 and older are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine at these events. All individuals who receive their first or second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine at these clinics listed below will receive a $100 gift card and a nonperishable food box, while supplies last.  

Free COVID-19 tests are available for all ages at these events. You do not need to have any symptoms to receive a test. No appointment is necessary for testing, but is highly encouraged. To make an appointment for a COVID-19 test, visit www.doineedacovid19test.com.  

The events schedule and details are as follows:  

Philomath 

Location: Philomath High School, 2054 Applegate Street 

Monday, October 18, from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  

Receive first, second, and booster doses of Pfizer; first and second doses of Moderna; single doses of Johnson & Johnson; free COVID-19 tests.  

Alsea 

Location: Alsea School, 301 South 3rd Street 

Tuesday, October 19, from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. 

Receive first, second, and booster doses of Pfizer; first and second doses of Moderna; single doses of Johnson & Johnson; free COVID-19 tests.  

Corvallis  

Location: Corvallis High School Stadium, 1400 NW Buchanan Avenue 

Wednesday, October 20, from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. 

Receive first, second, and booster doses of Pfizer; first and second doses of Moderna: single doses of Johnson & Johnson; free COVID-19 tests.  

Location: Crescent Valley High School, 4444 NW Highland Drive 

Thursday, October 21, from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  

Receive first, second, and booster doses of Pfizer; first and second doses of Moderna; single doses of Johnson & Johnson; free COVID-19 tests.  

Monroe 

Location: Monroe High School, 365 N 5th Street 

Friday, October 22, from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. 

Receive first, second, and booster doses of Pfizer; first and second doses of Moderna; single doses of Johnson & Johnson; free COVID-19 tests.  

No appointment is necessary and individuals may arrive to be vaccinated or receive a COVID-19 test at any of the dates and times listed. No identification or proof of address is needed and individuals do not have to live permanently in Oregon to get the vaccine.
