State of the City in a New Decade

On Monday, February 24, area leaders will offer brief presentations and then field questions on all that is Corvallis. Attendance is free and open to the general public.

An annual tradition, this year’s City Club of Corvallis State of the City comes at the start of a new decade rife with opportunities and challenges for the community we all share. Topics will range from sustainability to economics, as well as housing and education.

Panelists include Corvallis Mayor Biff Traber, Corvallis Public Schools Superintendent Ryan Nos, and Economic Development Manager Kate Porsche.

This month’s City Club Lunch is slated for Monday, February 24, starting at 12 noon. Attendance is free. This forum features an audience Q&A period. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, at the corner of Kings and Harrison, 435 NW 21st St. For more information: cityclubofcorvallis.org.
