Corvallis Culinary Week is an annual local tradition that showcases all the best that Corvallis restaurants have to offer. Corvallis’ top chefs show off their talents by offering locally-produced delicacies in chef’s specialty plates all priced at $10 each.

The Brass Monkey is offering two $10 Chef’s Specialty Plates during Corvallis Culinary Week 2020. These will be offered during lunch and dinner.
**ROASTED VEGGIES: Brussels, heirloom carrots, asparagus, potatoes, and garlic with a lemon beurre blanc and a poached egg on top.
**SCALLOPS: Pan seared scallops on sweet potato hash made with grlic slivers, shallots, parsley, thyme, rosemary and red pepper with capers and a lemon beurre blanc.
The Brass Monkey: A Public House is open from 11:30 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Wednesday and from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
Happy hour runs from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. to midnight.Minors are allowed until 10 p.m.

Lupe’s Restaurant and Calavera Bar is offering $10 Chef’s Specialty Plates during both lunch and dinner.

One each of their mouth watering empanadas, salbutes, and tacos.
You pick your favorite filling from the menu of beef, pork, chicken, or vegetarian options.
Offered during dinner hours only 5-9 PM
Pollo Poblano for $10
Their family favorite! Fire roasted Poblano chilies blended into a house cream sauce and simmered with chicken and onions until it melts in your mouth. Served with a side of Dominican Republic rice.
Mazama Brewing at Big River is offering one $10 Chef’s Specialty Plate during Culinary Week:
**Shrimp and Avocado slider with Roasted bell pepper pesto
Located at 101 NW Jackson Avenue on the corner of 1st street. Their hours are

Funky Brunch Food Cart is located in the Food Cart pod at SW 4th Street. Chef Cristel Gordon and wife Jessica have been in the business for 20 years now, gaining experience working up and down the West Coast. Cristel is known for her ability to make something out of anything, creating funky infusions to satisfy all appetites. Jessica has been baking her whole life, and specializes in Vegan goodies and Vegan cuisine. Together, they plan on bringing back breakfast and lunch classics with a twist!
They will be offering 4 options during Culinary Week:
**VEGAN Sriracha BBQ Jackfruit with a pineapple jalapeño slaw, cucumber salad in bell pepper, micro greens and arugula.
**Gluten Free Quiche, and no bake cheese cake w/ figs & berries
**Smoked Gouda Quiche w/ bacon and broccoli
**Homemade batter Waffle w/ spiced sliced apples, caramel sauce, and cottage cheese
Stop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner during their operating hours: Mon-Sat 9am to 2pm and Mon-Fri 5pm to 7pm

**Charred Spanish Octopus lemon aioli, Pinot Noir gel, Crispy garlic, seared lemon, frisee

The Pig & Olive Hours during Culinary Week are 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week and happy hour is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. No reservations are needed.
