About Caesar

For the uninitiated, Caesar lives with his best friend Larry McCool and herdmates at the

Mystic Llama Farm in Jefferson, Oregon. According to McCool, llamas are generally calm but a little standoffish when it comes to humans.

Caesar has always been especially friendly and affectionate which led him to become a therapy llama and activist. To learn more about his activism, check out this Advocate article on Llama Activism Defined.

Just in case you can’t get enough of Caesar, people are able to purchase a “Caesar the No Drama Llama” cloth face covering from Zazzle

Normally, Caesar has a busy schedule of activism activities. Throughout the COVID-19 outbreak, he and Larry remained busy sharing video shout outs to people celebrating milestones like birthdays and graduations, conducting socially distanced walkabout visits to senior care facilities, attending Zoom meetings, and promoting Caesar’s Heroes blood drives.
