The Corvallis Bicycle Collective is gathering usable bicycles to be refurbished and distributed at its pop-up bike shops, and at locations such as Community Outreach, the Corvallis Daytime Drop-In Center and Jackson Street Youth Services.
Volunteers are needed for collecting the bikes, repairing them and distributing them.
Cash donations are also sought to offset the purchase of replacement parts and other expenses.
People who have usable bikes to donate are invited to bring them to Peak Sports.
