The City of Corvallis Finance Department will institute a daily closure of its customer service billing office, as part of its recent transition to a new online billing and payments system. The closure will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. daily through July 19.
During the closure, the billing counter located at 500 SW Madison Ave. will be closed to the public. Live phone support will also be unavailable during this two-hour window.
Customers can make a payment online at www.corvallisoregon.gov/billing or via automated phone tree by calling 877-690-3729 (jurisdiction code 4700). We appreciate your patience as we use this time to focus on the transition to the new billing system.
