Benefit Concert: Belly Full of Bob. Majestic Theatre, 115 SW 2nd St., Corvallis. 7:30 p.m. Taking the Majestic Theatre stage as part of four days of arts and science for Corvallisites to enjoy is the Bob Marley and the Wailers local tribute band Belly Full of Bob. Graand Kinetic Challenge teams are out to prove that their sculpture is the best—best in art, best in engineering, best in speed, best in pageantry, and best all around. Corvallis Advocate Community Movie Night at the Darkside Cinema, 215 SW 4th Street. After two screenings and a packed house, the Corvallis Advocate and Darkside will present to you the next screening of golden age cinema with Alfred Hitchcock’s murder mystery/spy thriller The 39 Steps (1935), starring Oscar-winner Robert Donat. Admission is free and open to all ages. Donations are welcome and encouraged. The screening begins at 7 p.m. and guests should arrive early, as seats fill up quickly.

Corvallis Sustainability Coalition Quarterly Gathering, 12 to 1:30 p.m., Corvallis Benton County Library, 645 NW Monroe Avenue. The Sustainability Coalition will meet with the community to present sustainability efforts being made by the Bicycle Collective, Collaborative Employment Innovations, Ten Rivers Food Web, and the Coalition’s Energy Action Team. A special reception will be held before the meeting at 11:30 a.m. to welcome the coalition’s new development coordinator, Dr. Dale Holiday.
