peter mulveyConcert: Peter Mulvey. Majestic Theatre, 115 SW 2nd St., Corvallis. October 18th 7:30 p.m. Best known for his warmly wry songwriting and intense percussive guitar style, Peter Mulvey‘s newest album The Good Stuff is a dazzling collection of American standards from Duke Ellington to Tom Waits. Opening for Mulvey will be Chris Arellano. General admission is $10 in advance and $12 at the door.

October 19th 2 – 4 p.m. Join the Edible Corvallis Initiative for our 4th annual harvest celebration, the Giant Pumpkin Party! Enjoy fun activities for the whole family including face painting, games and crafts, cornhusk, ghosts, giant pumpkin raffle, fall food tasting, scavenger hunt, and mini corn maze. Suggested donation of $10/family to support the educational programs at SAGE Garden.

Majestic-TheatreMeet and Greet for Majestic Volunteers! 115 SW 2nd St., Corvallis. October 22nd 4 – 6 p.m. The theatre cannot survive without those individuals who extend their time and efforts in helping us each season. We strive in making your experiences working here fun and memorable. To show our appreciation we would like to invite you to our Volunteer Open House. The event is open to the public for all those who have volunteered in the past and for those who wish to volunteer in the future. There will be food and drinks provided for your enjoyment as well as a chance to meet the new Executive Director, Tinamarie Ivey. This is a great way for you to mingle with each other and share stories.
