Oh yes, one Tom Shellhammer will be taking us on a sudsy journey of science regarding the hoppiest of the hops. His lab is known internationally “for its expertise in hops flavor, studies the chemistry and sensory impact of hops, beginning with how they are grown all the way through to the finished product.” So basically, he’s qualified.
