Nectar Creek Expands into Philomath

Nectar-Creek-MeaderyIf you’re spending your winter days daydreaming of sipping something delicious outside in the summertime, here’s some food for your thoughts: Nectar Creek has plans to build a new production facility and taproom in Philomath with a projected opening of summer 2017.

“Our current facility has been the perfect incubator and has given us a solid foundation, but we are out of room,” said Phillip Lorenz, General Manager and co-founder of Nectar Creek. “This new building gives us an opportunity to grow our production capacity to meet current demands, and will also leave us room to continue to grow for years to come.”

The new facility and taproom will be located on the western edge of the City of Philomath, a short 10 minutes from Corvallis, and will include a large outdoor patio area with views of the Coast Range. In addition to their delicious session mead, the family-friendly taproom will also offer lunch, dinner, regional beers, ciders, and wines.
