This counter service only restaurant is a quaint eatery, decorated in elegant floral print wallpaper. During happy hour, all draft beer and wine is $1 off. Impulse takes the Corvallis nightlife scene to a whole other level, and has gained a reputation for throwing crazy dance parties. The crowd here ranges from socialites to club frequenters. Instead of a happy-hour special, Impulse has a rotating weekday special. Micro Mondays are for $4 micros, and Taco Tuesday for $1 beef and veggie tacos and $1.50 chicken tacos, $5 Margaritas, and $6 Beaver Brew Pitchers. Whatever Wednesday means $3 for any single drink. Thursday is Ladies Night, and Friday is Hip Hop night.
