Corvallis Brewing Supply: Bottles and DIY

Since 1997, Corvallis Brewing Supply has established itself as a true gem of the Willamette Valley. Whether your passion is fermenting beer, wine, cider, cheese, yogurt, or brewing kombucha, go no further than Corvallis Brewing Supply.

Owner Joel Rea opened up the one-stop shop for every fermentation venture imaginable when he realized how much he liked the laid-back culture and its customers. And it’s not just the customers who are passionate; he gets to employ them, too. The supply shop prides itself on employing avid fermenters and serious drinkers who cultivate a welcoming community of learning.

The Brewing Supply shop hosts monthly events where attendees can learn steps of the fermentation process, brush up on kegging, or simply experience what’s new in the culture of brews. The learning curve extends to include the full scope of fermented beverages. One step inside the place is met with wall-to-wall brews you’ve likely never heard of before, each for an incredibly affordable price.

Fridays are dubbed “Six Pack Fridays,” where any combination of six chosen beers, wines, ciders, meads, sakes, or sodas are 15% off. It’s clear the goal is to make global hops and wines accessible to everyone, even if you’re one who’s happy drinking other brewers’ creations rather than your own.
