Eleven Eyes at Squirrels Tavern

Squirrels Tavern is proud to present the return of Eleven Eyes on Saturday April 21.  Nine years ago, Squirrels introduced Eleven Eyes to Corvallis.

Willamette Weekly describes Eleven Eyes as “Propulsive, dynamic, and wholly unique.” and says the Eugene sextet “might be Oregon’s best-kept secret where Free-Jazz, Hip-hop and butt-bumping funk collide head on in their sound, while the audience dances in the wreckage.”

Eleven Eyes is: Tim McLaughlin on Guitar, Trumpet, and Laptop/Keys; Matt Calkins on Saxophone; Joe Freuen on Trombone; Ben Scharf on Keys; and new members, Sean Peterson on Bass, and Merlin Showalter on Drums.

The show begins at 9:30 p.m and there is a $5 cover. Squirrels Tavern is located at 100 SW 2nd Street in Corvallis.  ]
