Local favorite Led Zeppelin cover band, Stairway Denied, will descend upon Bomb’s Away Café in a fiery storm of Zepplin-inspired rock and roll, with drummer Chris Harver, guitarists Curtis Monette and Dylan Nelson, multi-instrumentalist Dusty Stallings, and vocalist Noah Stroup. They Won’t Play Stairway, but They’ll Melt Your Face… with ROCK! If you’d like to hear a creative amalgamation of Americana, indie folk/rock, bluegrass, and jazz driven by a world-class banjo and slide guitar player and vocalist, Tony Furtado is a must-listen. Heralded by Paste magazine as an acoustic and slide guitar virtuoso with a “voice reminiscent of T Bone Burnett, sans preachiness,” this soundsmith will grace the stage at Majestic Theatre. LBCC Choir ConcertLBCC Choir Concert: The World in Harmony, November 29th, 7:30 – 9:30 p.m.

This concert at Albany’s Linn Benton Community College Russell Tripp Performance Center is conducted by James Reddan, accompanied by Diana Hancock, and features the Re-Choired Element Chamber Choir, the Women’s Choir, Blue Light Special, and the Sirens.
